Who is Gabriel?

Gabriel Saldaña serves as the Executive Director of the Kineo Collective. He serves leaders, teams, and communities throughout the world as a transformational speaker, coach, and facilitator.

Gabriel believes effective leadership is key in developing successful teams, sustainable communities, and healthy families. He’s traveled to over 40 countries and has served on-site for projects in Turkiye (2023) and Ukraine (2024).

Gabriel can serve you and your team by offering: transformational speaking, leadership training, team development, project management, and coaching with behavioral assessment (DISC).

As a graduate of the University of Florida, he earned a degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences with a specialization in Non-profit Organization Leadership. Gabriel also has the distinction of being a Certified Team Member with the John Maxwell Leadership Group.
